and why buy a monitor with built in speakers when your buying speakers....

Uhh, since when do you have to be a gamer to get an AMD. Last time I checked AMD beat most Intels in everything but media encoding.

 

 

 

Intel has 65nm processes on some of their newer processors but put into account their redundant socket, and AMD Socket AM2 Rev. coming out in November.

 

 

 

Go with Socket AM2, IMO.

im going to for digital arts all around.. 3d, photoshop, sound all that

 

 

 

as for the monitor, widescreen 19'' best value i could find with that quality. as for the speakers on it, i dont care. wont bother me..

* Also, I might hold off on buying the OS. I just reuse my Win2k OS on new builds. I figure at this point, I'll wait to see what the Vista version is like before I drop any coin on XP. Until then, I'm happy with Win2k.

no thanks on 1st gen MS OS's :P

 

 

 

theres going to be 5 total fans

 

theres 2 that come with the case itself.

 

Cables = yes, and even if i need them i can go to the nearest Radioshack or something.
