BoffoBoy
ninja grees can be made from the bones of any of those annoying archer monkeys that infest ape atoll. Even though they are on platforms, melee hits them fine and you can loot without using tele grab. if you want a larger monkey ninja, well kill one of the named ninja monkeys with the scims... they are all like level 167ish and hit wicked fast. If you go after the one center of town (he protects the statue), keep in mind you must keep range prayer up at all times as his buddies will be raining arrows upon you. he hits fast and hard so life ring is always nice if he gets lucky on you. running just south of him usually gets you jailed for an escape, just go monkey to walk out. His hp regens slowly so you can hit and run him with poison or however. guard monkeys are the big hulk gorrillas in the temple, they are sorta of difficult to kill solo as they heal near the end of health but there's a shrine right there to replenish prtect melee prayer. If you are not high level, packing a whip, I'd suggest getting someone to help. Poison isn;t too terribly useful as it's far too slow to kill them alone. There's another bearded gorilla you can get that works as well, not too sure as I just went ofr a normal guard. a few ways to get a zombie gree, I think you can go under the trap door of the temple but easier is any of the green monkeys on the way to um zanook or whoever that gnome is who makes your talis and gree. just kill one on your way to making the grees. there are two types of zombie monkeys , small and large. I never bothered to get both. for each gree you need made you need to pick up a toy at the magic shop. each is 1k gold - not sure if you need the monkey speak ammy to get it. imo load up on all 3 to 6 types of bones you want grees for, with a corrosponding toy rattle for each before making the run to zanook or whoever. Using monkey form in the maze makes the trip a bit more barable but no desire to do that over and over hehe. hope that helps Cheers! -BB
henk333
A tip to kill the gorillas for low levels: save your specials for last. The instant he regenerates switch to dds and spec him 4 times, with a little luck you'll kill him before he regenerates again. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

henk333
You probably have not talked to the statue of the three monkeys yet, it's the famous one with one holding his ears, one holding it's eyes, one holding it's mouth. I think it's in the temple with the big gorillas, in the northwest part. They will tell you a long story about that you can't use normal nuts and that you'd have to find special ones. After that you can pick them from the bush. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

pokemama
I followed the Tip.It quest guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=134 to a T, except I think the game wouldn't let me get multiples of the items, and encountered no problems. You don't get nuts from a bush in this quest. The nuts and bananas can be bought from the food shop in Ape Atoll. Go back to the three apes. Talk to them {the 3 apes} again and they will tell you that your monkey nuts are not good. Go to the agility course located south from the general store in Ape Atoll wearing a ninja monkey greegree. When you are up and have gone over the ropeswing, go down the hole and pick a new special monkey nut. Drop it to the ground, pick another from the bush and pick the one up from the floor (also try to use that process to grab a third in case you burn the final dish). Go back to the three monkeys and talk to them. They will eat the nut too. And so on ... Hope this helps. it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
