June 14, 200620 yr IRC means Internet Relay Chat and is really handy once you get the hang of it. The most popular IRC client is called mIRC and is downloadable through http://www.mirc.com. As you probably are a beginner, you should find some tutorial to get started.

June 14, 200620 yr Yes it safe :) I'm using it myself and it's easy to handle. Remember to check the help file if you're going to use it, as it will save lots of trouble/beginner question. If you have a goal, go for it :D Work hard, be proud and be yourself ;)

June 14, 200620 yr It has nothing to do with RS rules. Even Andrew & Co. have been seen in IRC channels. The reason it's blocked in RS that it's a relatively easy way to scam people, like web pages.
