I would say get rid of 'sig maker', size it down a little so that it fits the limits. I personally don't like 300x150 sigs, I think it would look better at 300x100

i usually make my sigs 300x100 but i just thought cause this is my first animated sig that ive spent more than 2 mins on i thought it should be bigger but there will be more to come

Good, but get rid of the sigmaker part and the animation, then you should be fine with size.
