I am lvl 71, and going to start the monkey madness quest. I was just wondering, if I wanted to spend a maximum of 30K on prayer related potions, which would be better overall for the quest? Super Prayer Potions, or Super Restore Potions?

Hmm... I once asked about Super Restores. Here's what I got from the answers I received.

 

 

 

Super Restore pots will restore 25 prayer regardless of level. Prayer Pots will restore depending on your level and aren't better than Super Restores until your Prayer level is at 76 at which time Prayer Pots will start to restore 26 points. That's per dose.

 

 

 

You decide which is worth your money.

Actually, you can do monkey madness without any prayer pots at all.

 

 

 

But just take normal prayer pots. They're much cheaper, and you won't need the extra boost a super stat restore gives.
