Where do I get avantoe herb and Myre Mort Mushrooms?

Mort Myre Mushrooms can be gotten by simply casting boom (blessed sickle option) near some rotting logs in the mort myre swamps.

 

 

 

Avantoe is a lv 50 herb that can be bought from other players with the appropriate herblore level, or it is a herb drop (most herb droppers will drop avantoes)
