I recently set up a Commerce Bank checking account. When you do that it's absolutely free and you get benefits. When you make a commerce bank checking account at your local bank you have to put in 100 dollars to start it out but after that meaning 5 minutes later, you could take it all out. One of the benefits you can get is if you decide to have your bank statement viewable online and stop the paper bank statements being sent to you. Meaning you don't get the statement in the mail every month, you can view it in the Online Banking section of the commerce website. If you change from them sending you paper statements through mail to them sending you an E-Statement they deposit 10 dollars into your checking account. :D , After you do that, you can set up a paypal account. Verify it with your bank account and transfer the 10 dollars to it and get members for Runescape by paypal. In addition you will have a good checking account with a respected bank and not have to pay for Runescape. Of course there are other benefits, but I just thought I'd let you guys know the easiest one. Also this doesn't take long at all once you have your checking account at commerce. (They also give free checks).

Well I am not sure if it's the correct section or if I'm allowed to do it, but I used this in terms of getting money for runescape membership and offtopic is no Runescape discussin so idk.
