I think the background is a little dark, maybe if you make it a little not so dark you'll see more and feel that it isn't unfinnished.

I would, personaly, sharpen up the guy more. Right now he is very blury and doesn't stand out as much.

go back to the dark, it looks better, its more dark, yum dark.....
