It depends whether or not youve got the cash to train for fast exp, or slow exp.

 

If you want to shoot them, I like Green/Blue dragons, for the prayer exp.

 

If you got some cash, or are able to make some cash.

 

Take a cannon, balls, and head your way too 100k+xp an hour at the Dagganoths.

Too bad you can't use knives or rune arrows. I'd suggest using a lot of adamant arrows and fight the caged greater demons in........... No that's members only.

 

 

 

Let me see, oh yes. The black knight, bring 100 law runes to telegrab drops and an air staff. Don't waste them on getting your arrows back, instead waste them to get the drops, including 3 more laws which is very common.

I went to about 55 on dark wizards, they drop a bunch of runes and hardly ever hit high

 

 

 

From about 55 - 70 I fought mossies in Varrock Sewers, there are plenty of safespots that are easy to figure out, so I hardly ever brought more than 2 fish. And the drops from mossies are decent, I've gotten probably 230 laws from them, and I earned about 10k each time from them (alching the shields they drop, so bring fire staff).

Red Spiders at Varrock Sewers/Karamja. They drop nothing, but they're pretty good exp. You have good def so you'll rarely get hit.

 

 

 

After 60+ ranged, it's lesser demon/moss giant time over at Crandor. :wink:

hmmm... f2p, since youre high def you dont really care about safe spots. id say kill hill giants. just south of the ladder when you enter the dungeon theres a spot where 3 hill giants respawn, another respawn a little southwest and one north west. if you stand south of the stalagmite ( a little west of the spot with the 3 spawns, you can pick 5 targets from where you stand, so even if it gets crowded you still will nearly always have something to attack. turn on run and set your bow to rapid. since youre f2p and not a pure, bury your bones right there and just stay as long as you want. with green hides on you might get 1-3 damage every 10 giants, and most of the time other players will get in the way and keep the giant from even hitting you before they die. plus, with mith arrows youll kill most of them with 3-4 shots, before they can even swing twice. you might piss off most other trainers there, but its a really good spot for your levels
