The cutout/inset shape is pretty cool but needs work on the bevel. The background looks like a tutorial of some sort. And I extremely dislike people who use Photoshop's default outter glow color.

We shouldnt have to pay for people's crappy slow connections. I understand the dimension limit (though it could be increased slightly) but we shouldnt be limited to such a small filesize...
