June 27, 200620 yr Can someone tell me what the max levels are with potions or pie? I know some like mining 101/99 but what is the maximum for the others? Like when you take an attack potion when you have 99 Attack.

Only raises by 14, so its 113 for HP All Quests completed99 Thieving achieved on January 10th, 200899 Defense achieved on August 3rd, 200885 Slayer achieved on July 31st, 20086 Dragon boot drops, 14 Whip drops
