I was in varrock east bank and when i was walking out of the bank, there was a level 94 stranger following me?Then he stopped following me when I kept walking away from the bank. He didnt have the option to talk. Ive never seen him before...

the stanger appears when someones doing dt and have a diamond in there invin, they prob got him when they were in varrock then teled or logged out so he stayed there
