im pretty new to tip.it and i dont know if this is fake or not(pretty sure its fake tho)

Did you get that in the Tip.It message box or RuneScape? Because I never got one ;)

i got one in my yahoo email box

First of all, this should be in Help & Advice.

 

 

 

This should have been pm'ed to an Administrator as yes, it appears to be fake. To my knowledge, the only e-mails that are sent out are through the reply automator. All other communication is through private messages.

 

 

 

I would suggest you contact an Admin next time rather than posting it as spam here.
