July 3, 200619 yr i asked the butler to make me tea it doesnt boost by 3! so do i have to have teak shelves 2? Everytime i make tea from shelves 2 do i get +3 boost?

July 3, 200619 yr Your gonna have to shell out 130k for gold leaf if your to make the best shelfs. And yes Demon butler will make some +3 boost tea. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
