I got the boots in that dungeon thing, but i hear people talking about a skull Sceptre thingy... what is it ? \

A sceptre is a mace/rod like weapon. It is usually used by priests or royalty. In those medieval tales and movies, the rod that the king carries is a sceptre.

 

 

 

You can get a sceptre by assembling pieces of bones. It lets you teleport to barbarian village.

it is important to note that you cant just use any bones to make the sceptre. The bones you need are special drops from certain monsters (you should be able to recognize these drops when they occur)
