July 5, 200620 yr I was just walking over to the new area, and I saw a level 18 with the secptre! Just wanted to know if any of you have seen somebody a lower level?
July 5, 200620 yr They're not all that difficult to get, as long as you can manage a lvl 75 you can get it.
July 5, 200620 yr thers a lvl 10 you got it but he used cannon..i would liek to see who the lowest f2p person to have it is..personally im trying to get it b4 50 combat as a f2p pure
