just testing out to see what level my pure would be if i trained his magic to 59. is the formula exp from magic divided by 3 or something \'

It'll be damage done per spell, I think. Don't rely on my answer though.

It completely depends on what spells you use. If you use non-combat spells, curse spells, or fail every time with combat spells, you can make it to 59 magic without gaining any hit points. Not something I would recommend of course :wink: According to the Tip.it magic guide, you get 1.33 hits xp per damage point you inflict with combat spells. That sounds about right to me.

find out how many casts u need to get to 59 magic. Multiply that by how much xp is given for CASTING the spell (not how much you hit just the base xp given). Then subtract that from ur total magic xp ( look on xp table for how much xp 59 has). Then divide that by 3, that will give you how much hp xp you will get.

 

 

 

This only works if ur using one offencive spell all the way to 59 (fire/earth/water/wind strike/bolt/blast. Some others like crumble undead.
