July 6, 200620 yr I've dared to ask a question probably no one knows - how exactly does wine ferment? I've been experimenting for the past hour, and sometimes the wine randomly ferments in my bank after a few seconds. And then another time I took 6 unfermented wines out as notes, deposited them again, and withdrew them as items. It then took about 1-2 minutes for them to ferment.
