zesti
I haven't played RS in over two years, and i'm coming back. I see all these new types of armour, but all i'm used to is rune and dragon. Is dragon the best type of armour for a warrior? I'm looking to buy parts of it if so, as I can afford it. Are all these other types of armour for mages and archers? Thanks in advance. :P - Living in the Fishing Guild on server 116 - 84 / 99 Cooking75 / 99 Fishing89 / 100 Combat
Drawde_3
Barrows gear. Full gunthan for warrios. Or verak but Gunthans cooler. Karil for rangers or Black D'hide maybe. Mystic Robes or Spitbar for mages. A mad scientist in the attic, the owner is a vampire that dwells in the basement, a witch, skeletons, ghosts....And you thought YOUR neighbors were weird! the_one27
um that guy kinda had it right but his spelling was atrocious spitbark is splitbark gunthans is guthans... and i guess thats it, but full torags (also barrows) is the best melee def armour in the game (giving each def 300+) Click here for my PK training blogClick here for a FREE registry cleaner, it did me a world of good. ugafan_2009
Versac-full set lets you hit as if opponent has no armor Guthans-full set heals you when you hit Dharoks-full set makes strength(max hit) go up as your hp goes down Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651
Biggieg333
Dragon is best for a person with over 50mil, as the chain costs 23mil+. Black D-Hide for range and Full Mystic (any color), as mentioned before. Not sure on barrows armors. They are way more cheaper than dragon though. Join BsK today. Popsumpot
It's better to train with a mix of Rune armour and Dragon armour over Barrows for cost vs Effeciency, but there are many who get their HP to 1, than put on protect prayer and train with Dharoks. Ai? Cost of Dragon armor is only cheaper than barrows if and ONLY if you have used it for over 1000 hours (for torags, for others its less, but still takes a long time), and that is approximately getting all of the melee combat skills to 99 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills.
