how many prayer pots to bring for monkey madness demon?

Featured Replies

I would have posted this on my old thread, but it sort of died... I need to know how many prayer potions to bring to take down the level 195 Jungle Demon at the end of Monkey Madness. I believe I will be ranging it, with blue d hide and a magic shortbow (with around 1k bronze arrows) This means i will shoot it from the ledges, and use the protect from magic prayer. However, I need to know if my prayer will last me through the whole fight, and if not, how much more will i need?

PS- if any of these methods sound better than the one mentioned above, please say so

Fire Blast (i would wear monk robes I think, this would help my prayer a lot =])

Dorgeshuun Crossbow- weird idea i know, but at 50 range it can hit 9's... and the bolts only cost 3 gp each

I used any at 50 range and 52 prayer, just bring one in case.

range. mage will fail a lot

as for prayer pots, bring a few (like 5, juts in case). since you bank beforehand, you can prep for the battle easily, and if something goes wrong, you can teleport.

2 pot
