Code_Lyoko Posted July 16, 2006 Share Posted July 16, 2006 -Code LyokoÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s Barrow Expert Guide- Inventory Outfit Introduction ThereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s many ways to defeat the 6 brothers of the barrows, everyone has their favorite way, but this is the best. For the runes you may only even need 300 deaths since you almost always get more runes than what you waste from the chest. Same for bolt racks. The 6 Brothers (In order to kill) Dharok- For him, use melee prayer on ahrims casting magic dart, so simple, be careful with him if you get him at the tunnel. Verac- As you may know , Verac hits through prayer now, but he doesnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t hit as strong if you have melee pray on, put on your guthan armor and magic dart him with melee pray. Karil- Only drink Prayer Potion when you are really low on prayer, since after this brother Ahrim might be your tunnel. For him, take out whip, doesnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t really matter what armor you use and use protect from range and kill him. Ahrim- Take out your xbow and put on ahrims, you can let your pray drain to 0 on this brother since he doesnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t hit often and after him you wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t need prayer. Use magic prayer and range with with xbow on rapid. Guthan- Now, wear your guthan armor, you wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t need prayer anymore for guthan or torag. Magic dart him, only eat if you fall down 30 hp. Torag- HeÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s the last brother to kill, use same tactic as guthan. The Tunnel In the middle of the tunnel, thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s the chest to loot and you need to get there. To get to the underground tunnel, one of the sarcophagi will be empty when you search it and wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t contain a brother and it will lead you to it. So you killed 5 out of 6 brothers. The last brother appears by opening doors or opening the chest. When you get down heal on your guthans. The chest is surrounded by 4 doors, only one can be opened. Always remember when you came from, when you come down to the tunnel, you come down from a ladder and that ladder can appear in 4 directions. NW,NE,SW,SE. You will need to remember since youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re going to go back up. Always be careful if you got Dharok for your tunnel since heÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s dangerous. Prayer drains more quickly down there, so when you get to the chest, you can decide to heal completely with guthans depending on the brother and kill it without prayer. Always heal on monsters before searching the chest. Get about 10 kill count or so to get runes and bolt racks from the chest, even if you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t get any items, you can make money back from the supplies wasted plus even more selling the blood runes , and you regain even more of the deaths that you wasted in the chest. Now look at the compass at your minimap and lead your way to the ladder and go back up to repeat the process. Conclusion After youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve run out of prayer potions, go bank at near there , Aid of the Myreque quest needed, this is really recommended, its just a waste of time teleporting. Always bring a 1 click teleport for emergencies like Ectophial, Elf crystal, and teleportation tablets.
