I would like to see a forum made that is used only to find friends in RuneScape. Well. Hmm. That is really all I have to say.

There was a missing persons thread on the General Board a while ago, where you could post anyone whom you haven't seen in ages on that thread hoping that other people know if they are still around playing Rs.

You could also make a topic in General introducing yourself and explaining that you're looking to meet more people ingame.
