July 19, 200619 yr To make the tablets you need to have a study and build a lectern (40 construction for the most basic one). Then you use one soft clay and the runes required for the spell to make the tablet. The first lectern only lets you make varrock tele and enchant sapphire though but you can always buy tablets off players if anyones selling them yet. Isn't it annoying when people ask you to put things in your signature? If you agree with me, put this in your signature.
July 19, 200619 yr yeah... u make them on lecterns in studies using a clay, an the teleport runes required to cast. They stack. the higher the lectern the more spells u can make into tablets. I have the highest eagle lectern u can use if u want. If so, add me, i'm on most days for a few hours Staff of BrOTHOr
