ok, yesterday i did my first barrows run in lvl 94 combat(lol) and now i've done over 15 runs but no items yet=(. so i was wondering when is it normal to get ur first item?

ull prob get 1 soon on avg its 10-20 runs but i didnt get one until my 34th run and make sure ur killinjg all 6 bros

I heard it averaged you get a barrows item once every 18 runs i think :? but i could be mistaken, hoped this helped

It's all about luck really, i had to wait for my first itme for over 60 trips, now done over 200 and only 3 items. Just enjoy the runes you get

There's actually an ongoing experiment lead by Satenza into the frequesncy of Barrows drops and how it changes with kill count. I checked it a few days ago and they hadn't posted the results but keep an eye out for it because it will probably be the most definitive answer to your question.

It's COMPLETELY random. Some people get items three times in a row, some people get items hundreds of times apart, there's just no telling when you'll get an item.
