July 21, 200619 yr I want to train my (melee) combat skills. (Attack, Strength, Defense) What would be the best place to train them for a F2P-er?
July 21, 200619 yr Definitely the Ice Giant cave (the very south one, for the blurite quest). Theres loads of ice warriors and ice giants and there's usually very few people there. Plus its a single combat area so nobody will steal your kills and the monsters wont gang up on you. Very good spot, just make sure to bring some food.
July 21, 200619 yr i will also recommend: hill giants (another place for big bones) zombies (not good drops but fast exp) The place that has the new f2p update iv heard is good, havent been there yet, but a f2p friend of mine recently got 100 combat there and said it was a great place to train combat. :wink: liek omg rly?

July 21, 200619 yr Yes, the Ankous are the most powerful F2P monster that is in non wild. But there are lowerleveled monsters there too, and they have nice drops and great exp.

I wish I was a member. *wants to do Pest Control* ye Pest control owns :P, I suggest the Security stronghold, lvl 27 minotaurs in the first lvl. Make sure you pick up all the iron arrows, when I got my pure(ish) character from 50 to 60 attack I used them and picked up about 4k iron arrows :D
