whats your system specs? i woudlnt advise using camtasia as it does lag regardless. also are you runnign more programs while doing this? if you are you shouldnt be. use adaware and spybot to remove harmful spyware and trojans etc. that can slow down your computer. upgrade your computer if necessary.

What are you system specs? What program are you using to record video? What are the settings of the program?

 

 

 

Camtasia does not lag "regardless" you just need a realy good processor to run it without lag. If you don't have a fast computer, use something else.
