Somebody who stakes items at the duel arena. You need to be a member to use the duel arena thou.

'Stake' is basically betting. A 'staker' bets he/she will beat his opponent. They bet items or money and fight, whoever wins keeps his/her item as well as keeping the opponent's bet.
