oak larders and nothing else.

if you have a servant (the cook will do just fine, cheaper that way) and your in rimmington site, chop 24 oaks at a time (hammer, saw, gp and axe in inv, fill up the rest with oaks). enter your house in building mode and send your servant with 16 logs to the sawmill. break down your oak larder and chill till she gets back. she will walk up to you and drop the planks in your inv, then give her the last 8 to the saw mill again. build and break down the larder twice, and by that time the servant will be back with your last 8 planks, build it one more time then dash out for more oaks.

repeat till youve used up about 1.4m gp, and you should be 60 or very close

Make Carved Oak Dining tables on your workbench. It takes 6 oak planks to make these and you dont have to go through the whole build and destroy mess. I used this method and I can get at least 50k exp and hour if not more using the Butler and Demon Butler. You could always update to teak when you get the levels but I ended up sticking with oak the entire way. Just make Dining tables on workbench drop the flatbpacks and get your planks from your butler or demon butler. Give your butler more certed logs to uncert, when he comes back give butler logs to get into planks and make dining tables again when the butler returns. I got to level 72 construction in less than 4 days using this method.

yes yes i know it's gonna cost alot . all i want to know is what should i build to get to 60 from here?

Build the new rooms when you can and furnish everything the moment you can. There are so many aspects of construction that you should be able to level up like that. But, if you do hit a dead end, build and rebuild the same thing (larders are good). You're correct about it costing a fortune, so get the money first. :P

Just make anything until you have a workshop + Workbench. Now, get yourself 6000 oak planks (rough guess, I do know you need 4000 from 40-60) and keep making anything oak on the work bench. No matter what you make, you still get 60xp per oak plank. Don't bother with teak and above, far too expensive. Its pretty expensive but its the cheapest way. Make your own planks instead of buying off people and it'll cost 50% less.

I hoped you enjoyed my post. If not, you may wish to jot down the name below and make obscene phone calls.
