getting teak logs

to cut teak logs, is this two bwannai bwo minigame the only place where you can cut them yourself?

 

 

 

I tried chopping the teaks at etceteria, and got none. My char gave them all away. Is there a way to chop those teaks on etceteria anyway and keep them myself? I know you can use the kingdom management thing to get some, but I'm talking about chopping myself.

 

 

 

Are there other places apart from the minigame, and etceteria, where you can chop teaks without problems?

 

 

 

And for the two bwannai bwo minigame, do you have to pay these 100 trading sticks only once and you can go there forever, or do you have to pay them every time you want to go chop wood there?

I also like the Kahazari Jungle. There's teak and mohogany there. Not sure if you have to do Legends' Quest for access to it, though. :?:
