It's supposidely supposed to be a person in:

 

White party hat

 

Dragon chain

 

Black dragon hide legs/chaps

Try doing that pose irl, with arms bending at 90 degrees in back of you... not too comfortable. That muscle lines look somewhat random, look at a muscle anatomy picture or my topic "Look at my muscles, Rawr!" to help you out.

 

 

 

 

 

And usually people don't like pixel images mixed with non-pixel backrounds.

 

 

 

D hide legs look different too.

1. Chain armor isn't like spandex, it won't show your abs :wink:

 

 

 

2. What's with the white spots on his chest? They can't be nipples because they're too close together..

 

 

 

3. Red eyes = bad.. Give them a natural color

 

 

 

4. The crotch on pants doesn't go all the way up. Ouch..

 

 

 

5. I don't see much for shading.. :-k

I don't want this to sound offensive, but I think you need some tutorials. May I suggest SpriteArt?

id give it a 5/10 because it needs a little more work but good job

Good idea. The reason for this originally is because of how limited space we have for signatures. I made the arms first so they were big not expecting to have such a limit on signatures. But i guess i'll just make the arms smaller now.. :-k
