July 27, 200619 yr i trained my def from 63 to 70 in 2 days at other worldly being in zanaris, imo they're pretty good exp 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
