idunedain
i got a message but i deleted it by mistake can any1 tell me what it said Lol, you're a funny guy! I'm not sure I understood what you mean. You paid for membership before going to the holidays. You came back and you are no longer a member. <- you know this because you can't log on to members worlds, for example. Well, if you payed before for just one month of membership, most likely your membership has run out. Thus, you need to pay again. You should remember for how long you payed and when... Or you could check your credit card bill to see the date and the amount of the transaction. IF you paid not so long ago or for a quite long period of time, meaning that now you should have membership, but you don't, write a message to Jagex. Hope this helps. And just so you know, all questions should be posted in the "help and advice" forum, no matter whether they are about p2p stuff or not.. 103 combat | 1M+ xp in each skill (lvl73) | 1800+ skill total | quest capeLevel 86 herblore, 85 farming

ronnyuk
You need to find out if your mum paid the year upfront or monthly via credit card, I would imagine it is monthly by the sounds of it, and this on going, get your mum to check her credit card statement. if she paid the year up front then contact jagex again stating that, maybe your mum has had a new credit card delivered and jagex tried to take payment, but cannot take it from the new card so just revert you back to F2P. That is probably what happened; that happened to me. I used a credit card for members, and they monthly took the payment. But, my credit card had a "good until" date, and when that date passed, Jagex could no longer take payment from the credit card. All I had to do was to stop members, and sign up for members again with the same credit card, but the new "good until" date. Jagex told me that if I did that, they would just add on to my members time if I overpaid, which they did. So, your mom will not be overpaying. http://www.chaosgone.blogspot.com

Why don't you or your mother read the billing support on Jagex's main site? Can I pay for one year at a time? No, credit card agreements can only be setup to take payments each month. Most probably, you do not have membership anymore because payment hasn't been made lately. Why? Only your mother (I assume it's her credit card) knows. Check with her. If she did pay, send a query to Jagex. Do not look for "something that looks official" on these forums, we are not Jagex ;) 103 combat | 1M+ xp in each skill (lvl73) | 1800+ skill total | quest capeLevel 86 herblore, 85 farming

Markup
Your just gonna have to risk it and pay for another month. I can only guess that the message is, (You have nearly ran out of membership credit, extend it now to avoid losing members) oh and when it say's lose members, it doesn't mean all your items.
