July 28, 200619 yr lvl 99 is half off. So around 50ish is about 1\4th off. Around 25 is 1\8th off. That help? Does anyone happen to know death_siren? She stole a green mask from me, and I think I found my way into her ignore list. If you know anything, please, don't hesitate to give me a pm.
July 28, 200619 yr NPC cost * ((200-smith level)/200) I'm pretty sure that's the formula. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

No need for me to worry about 99 smithing.
