Spenjoman
Recently I've noticed the lack of 'good' updates to the forums. Sorry if this sounds disappointing but I'm just showing my opinion and how this community possibly could improve to attract more people to it. Clan Discussion ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Recently I've noticed that people post recruitment topics in the Clan Discussion section. I would like to see moderators pay more atention to that and also be stricter on this by possibly suspending the person that continues with it ( First make a pinned topic about it so everyone reads it ). Clan Recruitment Centre ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Recently I've noticed multiple recruitment threads of people and that is actually spam according to the community rules. I would like to see improvement on that side like suspending clan threads for a couple of days if they broke the rules several times. At the moment I'm on vacation but if I'm back then I will probably make an updated guide of the ' A Guide To Start A Clan / A Guide To Make A Clan Succesfull ' ( If that's allowed by the tip.it staff ofcourse ). CRC Organisation ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Recently I've also noticed the disorganisation in that section, that could be simply solved by making a sub forum of the people that are 'searching for a clan' and the clan recruitment threads just go in the main section. Name Changes ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Market Place = The Merchant's Square, lots of community have that name why not something special? :3> Music & Movies = The Sound Shack & Movies, Something different would be good then Music : CL's ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç It would be better to give people first CL before promoting them to moderator. By this they could proof they know how to moderate and if they know the rules. This would make the staff more dedicated then it already is : GD and GD P2P ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Why not Merging that together and just call it General Discussion then there would be more discussions in them and enjoyible to reply in. ------- These are my ways of improvement to the community. I know these suggestions aren't perfect but atleast a way to improve the community. I hope these are taking under consideration :) If you have any questions please feel free to PM me Security Manager Expert

I don't think the general and p2p boards will be merged. Both have different purposes. Merging them would make htings really messy.
Anesthesia
Music & Movies = The Sound Shack & Movies Ugh, some of us dislike the 'excitingly' named boards enough already. We don't need more. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
Spenjoman
CL = A Moderator of a section, that person can have a moderator rank but also can have just a normal member rank. Phil
CL = A Moderator of a section, that person can have a moderator rank but also can have just a normal member rank. You mean like Local Moderators? We have them here. They are only given one or two boards until they've been staff for a while and when they know how everything works. They then become global moderators. Loge_05
Recently I've noticed that people post recruitment topics in the Clan Discussion section. I would like to see moderators pay more attention to that and also be stricter on this by possibly suspending the person that continues with it ( First make a pinned topic about it so everyone reads it ). I agree that Moderators do need to pay more attention to this section, however there is no one that continues posting their topics there. Normally it is just a one off mistake. Plus we already have a pinned topic in Clan Discussion that explains what to do: The Rules. Again I have never seen anyone deliberatley posting multiple recruitment threads. What I feel needs to be addressed in the Recruitment Centre is the number of users - however small - that persistently post screnshots in their replies, or post too many in their topics. The reason that rule is there is to cut down on the amount of lag; as when a user has to scroll through the topic they do not have to suffer the amount of large screenshots - some still with links to Imageshack in them. CRC Organisation ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâç Recently I've also noticed the disorganisation in that section, that could be simply solved by making a sub forum of the people that are 'searching for a clan' and the clan recruitment threads just go in the main section. That'll be more hassle than it's worth - requiring twice the moderating. Offline and unavailable.
Anesthesia
They are only given one or two boards until they've been staff for a while and when they know how everything works. They then become global moderators. You forgot the global mod fee. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
