Help for anger?

My damn friends and my cousins all annoyed me virtually every second...

My cousin (girl) hits you REALLY hard, she hit my knee and it hurt for like 30 minutes.

My friend's sister slapped me on the head for listening to her talk to someone (because she talks so damn loud) and it gave me a headache for 10 minutes.

My cousin (boy) takes about 30 seconds to say one sentence, and my aunt won't let him have speach lessons.

My friend (boy) just keeps irritating me, just REALLY irrtate me. And I see him so much, and it gets me really annoyed after I'm done talking to him.

My friend's parents taught thier childern very badly, and with no class.

Hmm. Maybe that's some things that may contribute to my anger.

I get angered extremely easily, I just don't vocalize it (often). Paintball is extremely an good, yet sort of expensive, form of stress relief. Believe me. Except in the winter when I can't play outside, I get a bit touchy. Every winter I get into a few fights now and then...it owns. :P

Note: Icingdeath does not support violence to resolve your differences...or does he?

I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.

When I get pissed off, I pull out a classic shooter like "Quake 1" or "Mechwarrior 2" or "Mechwarrior 3" or a tweaked demo of "Nerf ArenaBlast"... Allows me to blow off steam and upset easily on an Adrenaline Rush... :)

I used to play "Unreal Tournament GOTYE" (The ORIGINAL, NOT 2K2 or later!!!) and blow off steam that way while still in high school and there was a place I could play it. Man I wish I could play that game again. :?

tifuserbar-dsavi_x4.jpg and normally with a cool mind.

(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)

I'm with you on the computer games front.

I don't really do the punching pillows thing -- in fact, I don't really punch things when I'm annoyed. I want to, but I'm usually quite aware that I'd break a bone or something. I often feel like biting things -- which is just a bit strange. If I'm annoyed at someone then I tend to play out their horribly violent death/mutilation (either caused by me or by a curious swinging blade somehow installed in the ceiling -- not sure why I think of that, but it's nice for lots of people at once) in my mind again and again and again, quickly.
