Power ranging just means that you range without picking up your arrows. Its generally done on caged things. For F2P you could try out the caged lesser in the wizard tower. Not sure about P2P.

A good place for P2P is the caged ogres at King Lathas's Training Camp.

Just range to your heart's content without picking up arrows. Get at least 20k+ arrows if you are going to power range.

Just remember that if you do pick up your arrows

then you can use each one about 4 times.

That can save you a lot of money.

The trick to efficiently picking up your arrows

is to always cast a Curse on the monster first.

That will cause the monster to walk over to your safe spot.

Once it's there, then you start to range it.

After its dead, your arrows are in the loot pile.

If you do it this way then you don't have to run all over the area

grabbing your arrows. They will be in the loot pile right in front of you.

Hope this helps

You mean it isn't dressing up in neon coloured spandex and crash helmets and leaping around the place fighting badly made-up enemies with unlikely martial arts?*

But seriously, what is the advantage of caged stuff? Unless you can get into the cage you lose half your drops. There are plenty of perfectly good range safespots at moss giants, karamja lessers and waterfall fire giants. And there are a whole lot more spots after the monsters go non-aggressive. This way you get all your drops and your arrows back.

If you really want to range something in a cage try the greaters in the ogre enclave.

THe point of power ranging is to range without gathering arrows making you

get more exp per hour those 1 minuites it takes to get arrows can add up

But if you do it right, it only takes 1 click to pick them all back up...
