I'm just wondering what people think these new crossbows will do to the Yew Long business?

 

 

 

Does anybody know the alch price of the yew x-bow? And, how many logs per bow does it need?

dont foget that c'bows take longer to make. i dont think it will affect 2 much.

Well, it will probaly be lower. Rune (the most expensive) alchs for about 9k..

 

 

 

And that is a finished x-bow with rune head :)

 

Finishing an x-bow is expensive as you need a metal part to finish it, which is costly. And the alch values aren''t great..

 

 

 

I don't think this will have ANY effect.

Doesn't a yew x-bow need a rune bar too, i don't think it will be a source of exp or cash, more of a weapon.

Why wouldn't you be able to high alch crossbows?

 

 

 

I just alched my mith crossbow for 469 gp. No, definately not a good money maker by alching.
