Spices

Featured Replies

OK so i have decided that i want to become a member, im only gonna try it out for a month cause im only doin it to aid me in f2p really, i've prepared enough resources to make 15k steel arrows, and 1k currys, except for the spices of course. Now i no that spices can b got from that chest after the recipe for disaster quest, however it doesnt tell me in the guide at which point can i get spices out of it. So my question is, would it be worth me doin the quest simply to get access to the spices or should i just buy them? And how much do they cost? Also i no they can b got tho thieving, but they require 60 theif. so thats not an option, ill need 1k spices.

thank you

I'm not too sure, maybe someone could confirm, but I don't think you use one spice per curry. I thought one spice would last a few.

Offline and unavailable.

i would personally suggest buying them since the quest itself is very long

even i have the misfile craze!!!

After making the arrows (waste of your time I can assure you since the materials are worth more than the arrows that they make), making the curry (cook what you have but don't waste time on them again), and messing around (castle wars, traveling, etc.) I would suggest 2 things.

1. Raise your agility! It is the only skill that transfers over into f2p. Even spending 1 day on it will provide you with a noticeable change. I would do nothing else for the whole month (after trying things like castle wars, etc. for a day). It speeds up everything you do and makes it so you can chase your prey for longer than they can run from you in the wildy.

2. Do some serious combat training in pest control. Gain some quick combat levels before you are forced to return to f2p.

You forget to mention the when he/she raises agility for a whole month, he/she will nver play RS ever again because it is SOOOOOO BOOOOOOOOOORING.... You might try it though, as well as all other P2P features, because he IS right that it is the only member skill that helps you even when you are F2P.
