dogfever
I like the Ankou's in the security stronghold. There is a room full of lv75 ones which don't hit too hard and drop a lot of bloods and deaths. Plus you can glory tele to edgy, bank and get back in under three minutes. df
oblivion2006
Moss giants or dagannoths. i dont think so either pc or bandits He isn't high enough to get into any good PC groups and bandits hit alot unless you have 70+ defence.

ExcelBlue
Finish Creature of Frenkenstein and train on the experiments down there. (assuming it was not crowded). They're level 25, and have 100 hits. Don't go for the level 40 ones. Sad thing, they don't drop anything. Oh By the way: You don't need to finish the quest, just get to the part when he asks you to go down there. The optimal.

Anti
It really depends what you're leveling... But I do like bandits, nice power exp. Does anyone happen to know death_siren? She stole a green mask from me, and I think I found my way into her ignore list. If you know anything, please, don't hesitate to give me a pm.
