Well im new to Tip It, and ive been a' browsing these Forums and saw this 'BlogScape' Thread - Seemed pretty swish, and some of the Posts were really interesting, so i thought i'd post a little Blog about none-other, hence title, Fletching! Yes, i indeed love fletching - Lots of Dollar' Dollar' - We've all got our eye on the money right? ... Now to the Business, heres a pic of my much loved bank - The Runescape Bank of Meh! :P Bank: The 3rd August 2006 Bank: The 5th August 2006 Bank: THe 6th August 2006 Bank: The 8th August 2006 (Didnt play 7th, was at Girlfriends :)) My goal! My goal, as the Title pretty much says, is to get me a very sexy Fury Amulet - Now, i know i can just string the 10k Yew longs, sell them, 5.7m in bank, and then buy one, but heres the twist, i have more than one thing i'd like, before i can happily call that a lifetime for fletching - That Item, a Robin Set - Looks very, very nice with a Fury i think, and it would be a nice little present for me after my hard work. Heres the maths (Ill try keep it short) Fury: 4.7m Robin Set: 4.7m Total: 9.4m - :XD: I buy all (U)'s for 250ea, and try to get strings for about 150-160ea. 1k supplies cost me on average 405k, and then i sell for a nice 550k (I hope, prices are being a little shakey right now) making me 145k profit. I will need 17k Yew longs in my bank at one time, so im half way there already - But it's still a looong way to go, and fingers crossed i can get some good deals along the way :pray: Now ill try do a break down for my own Personal convenience and to hopeufully make it a little easier for 'you'z two'z' :thumbsup: Yew longs (S) in bank: (o) = Done. 1k (O) 2k (O) 3k (O) 4k (O) 5k (O) 6k (O) 7k (O) 8k (O) 9k (O) 10k (_) 11k (_) 12k (_) 13k (_) I string about 100 every 2-3 minutes when concentrating fully, so about 2-3k an hour - Then it can take a very long time to trade and get the supplies again - Ill keep you all up to date as i go :) Ill post stats if people want, but apart from 94 Fletching, theres not really much else to say - :uhh: Thanks for Reading, hope you Enjoyed 8-)

August 5, 200619 yr Author your bank is so..so...empty. I know - But im working on it. I sold all i owned to buy yew longs :anxious: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did this amazing deal earlier - I was trust trading people to fletch 100 of my yew longs at a time - Only got done once but made 4k in an hour :mrgreen: and that was without me doing any fletching. I had about 6 workers at one time :P Im going to buy 850 bs to get a nice even 5k Yew longs strung. Then fletch the logs, buy the extra bs, then sell to my perm buyer for 550 ea :-w Keep you up to date soon :)
August 6, 200619 yr Author 95 Fletching Woot :) If you look, im starting to make some money, :P Well, my assets are growing. :mrgreen: I started with 10k Yew longs (U) and Strings making about = 4.4m (5.5m when made to longs) Now im 12k (U) 9k bs and 1.4k yew longs = 5.21m (5.85m for 10.6k Yew longs, 2.5k yew longs (U) at 625k = 6.4m) A nice little profit so far :) You can pose :

August 8, 200619 yr Author 9.1m Fletching xp so far - Going to finish the 4k yew longs, then sell them all, before buying 6k mage logs, ill cut these to good xp, string them, then sell them :) I've got enough money for a fury, but im going to wait untill i have enough for the Robin Set and fury, in a bid they may drop in price :P Keep you up to date day-to-day. :anxious:
