The_Mercenary14
OK wasn't sure where this should be posted...here or player killing but... Ok so I got my new char and advanced in range only, got to 20 range by lvl 13, and went to go fight with bow and mith arrows. I hit mostly 3s or 4s, but why is that mages of my lvl can hit an 8 on me? Is my defence too low??

full_metal
Your def level is fine jsut think about it, if your at lvl 20 range with lvl 13 there magic lvl is about the same and that means they have the ability to cast wind bolt, a spell that maxes out at 10 damage. So as shown by this mages start out kind of overbalanced in the pking world. Rangers don't catch up until about 50+ range when they can start hitting 7's consistently. So if you still plan on ranging i would attack other rangers and meleers only and try and stay away from mages. Hope this helps. ^Click for the greatest sig maker ever!If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
