You must still have classic in mind, in the newer Runescape we can bank items and just withdraw as notes. Which is basically the same thing as a note, but requires ALOT less work. Still kinda miss the old classic days. :3>
August 7, 200619 yr no, i think he's referring to the certers (back in RSC before bank notes existed) sorry to say this, but they don't exist anymore (aside from the occasional appearance as a random event)...these days, you can withdraw items in note form, so these guys aren't necessary anymore EDIT: gah you beat me to it! Fear the frog reaper. Hypercubes make the frog reaper happy ^_^ Or else I shall feast upon your soul!!! :twisted:
