August 12, 200619 yr Is it worth fletching maple bows or is it better to go straight form willow to yew? all the guides i have read ignore maple, are they not time efficient? theyre right next to the bank at seers village just as the willows are at draynor so it's not that.... (I am a member btw)
August 12, 200619 yr Willow to yew all the way. Maple's Speed doesnt outweigh the 3x cost in logs. At least not in my opinion, i havent tried selling an unstrung maple long to a shop so... August 12, 200619 yr Well what I did is as soon as I could make maple sortbows I bought maple logs and bow strings at 100 ea, fletched them then made nats and high alced them - it wasn't the best money maker but it was a small profit and gave me magic as well as range xp till I could make yew shortbows.
