Silverlight or rune scimmy when fighting a lesser?

Featured Replies

I'm training to complete the dragon slayer quest then train on the lesser demons in the dungeon(when I further improve my combat level of course).

So I was wondering...Is silverlight a good weapon when fighting the lesser demon in Melzar's maze or in the Crandor dungeon? I mean, it has a good bonus against monsters of the demonic race...

Please answer.

P.S: I mean using sliverlight on the lessers alone...not the dragon.

Pretty much what Dragon said.

I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator?

Just use a scimmy...I think it hits a lot better. And for d slayer, if you can kill a lesser, you can kill the drag...

What about the lesser ?

Wouldn't silverlight be effective on the lesser demon ?

Silverlight is better IMO for demon fighting, and I've actually brought both to compare before.

Silverlight hits 1-2 more points of max damage on lessers (I usually hit 15s in defensive with a scimmy, I can hit 17s with silverlight) and the speed difference is barely noticable.

Quit runescape, now playing EVE-Online(Mail Cambarus and say hi  )

I've heard that silverlight is the equivelent of a rune long when fighting demons. So really, its up to you, if you want speed or power.
