August 18, 200619 yr Well recently when I finished the new Eye of Glouphie quest I got 6000 rc xp which leveled me to 54 runecrafting and gave me the ability to make law runes. I did some calculations to try to figure out if I should stick with buying yew logs, bow strings and pure essence, fletching yew longbows and high alching them with the nature runes I craft or I should just make law runes and try to sell them to other players: High Alching Yew Longbows: Cost of components needed: 500 gp (100 for pure essence, 150 for bow strings and 250 for yew logs) High alchs: 768 gp ea Net profit : 268 gp ea Law Rune Crafting: Cost of components needed: 100 gp (100 for pure essence) Selling price: 300 - 350 ea Net profit : 200-250 ea Now I would like your opinion on what do you think is best, continue with high alching yew longbows or just craft law runes to sell them. These are my stats: On a side note I was wondering since the release of the fairy rings transportation system. If it was faster to use the fairy ring west of the nature rune altar or continue using the abyss to craft nature runes. Runescape Name: Thy Sens FanHome World: 130

August 18, 200619 yr Another good idea is use the abyss to craft nature runes. If you can afford the glories, that is a way faster method of making money than fletching in general. It takes fewer steps, and less time to obtain materials and sell the products. Why natures? They sell for just as much, and the demand is huge. Simply post on the official forums and you can get 330-340 in minutes for amounts larger than 1k. With 50 rc, you can even use the large pouch, which should enable you to craft a large amount. There are a lot of different methods, as explained in many abyss guides, and a lot of them are plenty safe if you're afraid of losing an amulet. And using the abyss IS faster than using the fairy rings.
August 18, 200619 yr They seem to be fairly comparable for cash (if you incude buying/selling and do not include alching times) so I would go with the path thats nets you the type of experience that you prefer at the moment. For me it would be rcing nats/laws. :) PM me in game to use some skills of mine (glories/potions) free or to ask a question.Fire Cape - 04/29/06 Lvl 104RAHK's Pro PC Gear and Guide(clickable) Tired of hack and slash? August 18, 200619 yr Author Ok thanks a lot guys, I will continue with abyss crafting nats and high alching the yew longs. Another good idea is use the abyss to craft nature runes. If you can afford the glories, that is a way faster method of making money than fletching in general. It takes fewer steps, and less time to obtain materials and sell the products. This would be the same as crafting law runes with the abyss and I would get less money then high alching the yew longs, I am going to try to continue this way and hope to craft some majic shortbows soon :P Runescape Name: Thy Sens FanHome World: 130
