hi, I have been trying to range the spirit tree, (101) But because my range lv is only 14 it takes me forever to hurt him. my question after a couple of minutes the spirit tree disappears, right when he has a third of his life left. what is going on? is this a glitch? or I am too weak to hurt him so he vanishes? I tried it three times what should i do?

id advise just brining runes and maging him down (unless ur not able to)

If you don't kill him within a certain amount of time, he disappears. :(

You could however try this: while ranging let the spirit hit u once after every minute so that it should reset the time that you have to kill him.

 

 

 

Just an idea and worth a shot if you don't want to train your ranged lvl any higher, not that hard to lvl anyway. i trained my pure to 38ranged just like that and hardly took an hour.

its the same thing with zogre flesh eaters even if u melee it- u have to beat it in a certain amount of time no matter what

Fire strikes should easily defeat it in the allotted time. Heck, air strikes might. If you do not use mage you can always try a hally.

Of course, a trick I know of is to have a friend weaken the spirit first, then you take the finishing kill. I know I did that with a friend before. I brought a bunch of Bind Spells with me so that he had time to get himself hidden behind the mushrooms, and I fletched him some good bow and arrows before he started then.

 

 

 

Or better yet... take a couple of ice spells...
