I was browsing the knowledge base today, when i came across a page which said that jagex encouraged fan sites. This , on its own was nothing new to me, however , it then said fan sites are not to use images from the site , as it breaches copyright. BUT they had put together a pack of images which we are allowed to use ( it needs to be downloaded , it's a zip file.)

 

You can find this by going to Home > Customer support > FanSite and Player Contributions > Making your own FanSite > Can I use graphics from the RuneScape website?
