How do I take a screenshot?

Today I made my first pk, lvl 40 dropped the dragon armor stuff for archers. I went crazy, i never knew i had this in me. But i didnt no how to take a screen shot.... is there a program i need or can i do "print screen"

Yes you simply click on the 'PrtSc' button or the 'Print Screen' button somewhere near the top of your keyboard.

 

 

 

You can then simple paste into a paint program.

where do i find the file from the print screen thing?

Hitting the Print Screen button then pasting the image onto Paint will work. Or better yet is to press Alt + Print Screen then pasting that onto Paint (or a similar program.) Since, the latter will take a screenie of the window, so that you don't have all the taskbar garbage.

tried it, they both didnt work. i press print screen and the cursor gets all blinky. then i open up paint but i cant paste it.

Try ctrl and print screen.

Ok, i just tried this, and it worked perfecly. Make sure that you go to the "edit" menu and hit paste...don't right click.

Try "Fn"and "PrtSc", if you have it. Function+Print Screen is what I use.

if your right clicking and pasteing dont do that it sometimes doesnt work hold down [CTRL]+V to paste

program paint is usually on most computers becuz its basic so just paste it there :mrgreen:
