I'm aware of the altar on ape atoll. Unfortunately, the apes there are very high level and thus have high defense -- this is one thing I am trying to avoid. August 22, 200619 yr Altho elves aren't aggressive, there's an Altar in Lletya right near a Level 90 elf respawn, and upstairs from a 108 elf. Must have started MEP1 to do this. Or if you've the fishing and cooking levels you could kill Elves near Lord Iowerth, there's a Shark Fishing spot nearby, just bring your harpoon. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

Couple other spots I thought of that could work if you know what your doing: 1) Kill the blues in Hero's guild and go upstairs to recharge pray (better to range or hally though :| ) 2) Kill beasts in slayer tower and run south to altar (definatly not very efficient without good agility lvls) 3) kill lessers by rune rocks and recharge at altar just to the west (probally a decent idea cuz you don't need to bring any defensive armor, bring whip rune defender and maybe a glory and you'd be good. Will only lose drops if you get pked \ )
