Altar melee training

Are there any combat training areas with:

 

1) An altar (within 10 seconds range)

 

2) Agressive monsters from 50-125, with hp no less than 60?

I'm aware of the altar on ape atoll. Unfortunately, the apes there are very high level and thus have high defense -- this is one thing I am trying to avoid.

I would be VERY susprised to find out if sumthing like this existed. If it did everyone would be very high levels and it would be crowded 24/7.

there is the ardy zoo has cyclopes that you can hally or range or mage and there with a stones throw of the ardy church

If you've done monkey madness, the gorillas by the altar. They keep healing when they get low hp, kind of hard to hit though.

Altho elves aren't aggressive, there's an Altar in Lletya right near a Level 90 elf respawn, and upstairs from a 108 elf.

 

 

 

Must have started MEP1 to do this.

 

 

 

Or if you've the fishing and cooking levels you could kill Elves near Lord Iowerth, there's a Shark Fishing spot nearby, just bring your harpoon.

This is pretty much the only decent place besides ape atol that I can think of.

 

 

 

Couple other spots I thought of that could work if you know what your doing:

 

 

 

1) Kill the blues in Hero's guild and go upstairs to recharge pray (better to range or hally though :| )

 

2) Kill beasts in slayer tower and run south to altar (definatly not very efficient without good agility lvls)

 

3) kill lessers by rune rocks and recharge at altar just to the west (probally a decent idea cuz you don't need to bring any defensive armor, bring whip rune defender and maybe a glory and you'd be good. Will only lose drops if you get pked \ )
