I don't know if anyone noticed, but it says*range 15%* so it technically means that your range lvl is boosted by 15% just as ultimate strength boosts your strength with 15% :3>. And range lvl affects your max hit :P .

I tested my newly charged Crystal bow on my friend and managed to hit 21 unpotted with 80 Ranged :D

wow 24 is really good. i hope you can it up to 30... not really :-P
